The Florida melodic bass duo NIMBVS have joined forces with DEEP SEE and EK. KO, to deliver their latest single, Losing Myself, featuring vocalist Dani King. Released today, September 29, Losing Myself is filled with emotionally raw soundscapes and heartfelt lyricism that tell a story of losing yourself in a broken relationship.
“Loving you is killing me slowly, slowly. It’s like you don’t even know me….. I’m losing myself to you,” King recites over the soft, captivating melodies. As the track intensifies, the sadness quickly becomes despair as all the bottled-up emotions are released through a fury of nostalgic yet hard-hitting bass.
“We wanted to make something that was both an epic track and had the potential to become an insanely meaningful and emotional song,” NIMBVS explained. Dani King added that emotion perfectly later on with these lyrics.”
