arrival. Drops Massive Debut Compilation Album ‘Generation I’

arrival. is making waves in the bass music scene with the release of its debut compilation album, Generation I

Founded in September 2024 by Maximilian Vanegas, with the support of A&R managers James Church and Gregory Ross, Arrival. aims to carve out new sonic spaces within the electronic landscape.

With Generation I,  the label delivers a 15-track excursion into sound, highlighting a diverse range of artists who are pushing the boundaries of glitch hop, neuro sound design, and experimental bass.

From the flowing wubbed-out madness of  Spirit Donk by crawdad sniper to the reality-bending vibrations of Operate by Fika and the drippy bass drops of Knock Yourself by BackLeft, the album not only serves as a testament to the future of glitch hop but solidifies arrival.’s commitment to pushing innovative sounds while providing a platform for the underground.

“Our intention with this album and future iterations from the Generation series is to create a sonic time capsule that captures where the glitch hop and neuro bass scene is and where it’s going,” says Maximilian Vanegas. “Our intention with the label, in its simplest form, is to share sounds. If we can reach people and deliver art in a way that inspires them to contribute back to the scene, whether it’s by lending their ears, time, or creativity, we’ve done our job.”
