You own or hold the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to submit such materials.
You grant The Daily Frequency a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, review, feature, format, and share these assets across our Website and associated social media channels for promotional and editorial coverage.
Submitting music or press materials does not guarantee coverage, reviews, or publication unless agreed upon under an executed commercial agreement.
Event Calendars, Lineups & Third-Party Ticketing
Our Service provides festival guides, event calendars, lineup schedules, and links to primary and secondary ticketing platforms.
Accuracy of Event Data: Event dates, festival lineups, venue details, and set times are provided for informational purposes only. Event details are subject to change, postponement, or cancellation by event organizers without notice.
Ticketing Transactions: Any purchase of festival passes, event tickets, travel accommodations, or merchandise is conducted entirely on external third-party platforms (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Front Gate Tickets, SeatGeek, or direct festival box offices).
Disclaimer of Liability: The Daily Frequency is not a ticket seller or event organizer and assumes no liability for ticketing disputes, counterfeit passes, pricing discrepancies, canceled events, or venue entry policies.
Intellectual Property
