Released on Tuesday, May 13 through Wakaan, Story Arcs takes listeners on an otherworldly trip across space and time.
Joining forces with muli-talented singer-songwriter Linney, Champagne Drip crafts a cinematic sonic experience fueled by raw emotion and genre-blending sound design.
First, the opening track Inside Out immediately transports you into a dreamlike world as Champagne Drip and Linney unleash a fusion of ethereal soundscapes, heartfelt lyrics, and hypnotic beats.
Castle then sends you soaring across the cosmic plane through vibrant vocal work and glitchy, heavy-hitting bass.
Finally, Running concludes the journey with a masterful blend of angelic voices and liquid drum and bass, leaving you with a lingering sense of euphoria.
“I poured a lot into ‘Story Arcs’,” Champagne Drip shared. “It came from a real place and gave me the chance to blend all the styles I love: dubstep, freeform, house, techno, and DnB.”
