ALLEYCVT’s meteoric rise can only be described with one word. Supersonic.
Over the last few years, the Virginia-born, LA-based artist has morphed from a bedroom producer into a modern-day rock star, electrifying crowds across the country with her heavy, psychedelic take on bass music.
“I truly feel like this is exactly where I’m supposed to be as an artist, at least for now, in this era!” she explained in an interview with The Daily Frequency.
From the outside, ALLEYCVT’s rise could appear as an overnight success. In just three short years, she went from going all in on bass music to selling out headline shows and pulling massive crowds at major festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Shambhala, Lost Lands, Elements, and more.
But nothing is ever what it seems. Behind all the earth-shaking drops, the mind-blowing production, and viral hits lies an artist driven by an unwavering sense of purpose who clawed her way to the top, one inch at a time.
“I feel like the success came because I simply was doing what I’m truly meant to do. The project comes from my soul and nowhere else. I think the reason why I was able to learn so quickly is because producing was all I did every single day for three years. I didn’t see my friends, I didn’t go out, I didn’t do much of anything except focus on getting to a decent level of production knowledge.”
That sense of purpose didn’t just manifest out of nowhere. In fact, her calling was always right in front of her.
Struck by the flame of creativity since childhood, ALLEYCVT has lived many lives and expressed herself in many ways. From writing her own songs as early as fourth grade to producing pop music, and even raving as a fan, every phase became a stepping stone to the artist we see today.
“I’ve actually said this a lot to my friends, how it’s so funny that my calling was right in front of me the entire time when I was raving, and I didn’t realize it because I was scared and didn’t have faith in myself to be able to do it. It feels good to be able to express myself with a genre that I’ve always loved listening to, and has no boundaries on the sounds/music you can make.”

But realizing her purpose was just the tip of the iceberg. Those first three years grinding in the studio weren’t just about producing music; they were about understanding it.
“I remember when I first started producing electronic music, I thought to myself, ‘oh wow, I actually don’t know how to produce at ALL.’ At least it felt like it. There is honestly just so much more that goes into mixing and mastering, sound design, certain techniques, sample selection/resampling, etc. that are just so vastly different from what most people are doing in any other genre. Then, we bring it specifically to Dubstep, and that’s a whole other ball game in it of itself. It’s truly a whole new world, but I feel like I’m finally getting a grasp on it!”
And with that kind of dedication to her craft came a responsibility she now pays forward. In a scene built on community, she’s quick to share what she learned.
“Advice to someone starting their production journey is to not only make sure you’re watching a lot of YouTube tutorials, but make sure you’re watching the right ones. Make sure you’re getting the right information so that you don’t have to unlearn certain techniques. I like dripment, XLNT, AHEE (especially for mixdown advice), Wheysted… just start there,” she exclaimed. “Also, don’t be afraid to reach out to more well known producers! A lot of people, especially within Dubstep, are willing to help people out who have questions about production. We’re all a bunch of nerds!”
When it’s all said and done, you get what you put in. Fast forward to Lost Lands 2025, and all the late nights watching YouTube tutorials finally paid off. Not only did ALLEYCVT step onto the mainstage in front of an endless crowd at the biggest bass festival in North America, but she stepped into a new era.
Of course, it wasn’t just the performance itself, but the announcement that followed. Flashing on the LED screens behind her read one message:
“9 Lives Wednesday 9/24.”

After years of grinding, refining, and reinventing her sound, she was officially releasing a complete body of work. Her debut EP, 9 LIVES. Suddenly, she was alive again.
“I felt like my entire musical career up into this point was me experimenting, but also with a hint of me doing things because I thought that that’s what other people in my life wanted me to do or expected of me musically.”
What followed next with 9 LIVES was more than a milestone; it was a confirmation.
“9 LIVES embodies everything I’ve ever wanted to be as an artist. During my journey I had started writing my initial EP and it just didn’t resonate with me… I made the choice to get back in the studio after tour and rediscover where I wanted to take the ALLEYCVT project.”

However, while the announcement at Lost Lands marked a turning point, the foundation for this new era had already been laid weeks prior when ALLEYCVT unveiled the first true glimpse into the world she’d been building behind the scenes.
“SUPERSONIC CAVERNS was extra special to me because it was my first ‘SUPERSONIC’ event, where I got to bring in all of my own production and really bring my fans into my world and what future ALLEYCVT shows & SUPERSONIC events will be like. My team really put in so much effort to bring that to life so I’m super thankful for them.”
SUPERSONIC proved she wasn’t just producing bangers, she was creating an experience. Fans weren’t just listening anymore. They were stepping inside her vision.
And as that world expanded, so did the stages.
Just weeks after Lost Lands, ALLEYCVT found herself at one of the most meaningful weekends the bass community has experienced in years: GRiZ’s long-awaited return at Seven Stars.
“I was so honored to be included in GRiZ’s comeback festival. He really is such an inspiration to so many of us and it feels really good that I was invited to be a part of it. It was an amazing time & such a well put together fest. Playing the afters with Levity, and then going b2b with Crankdat, Tape B, and Levity the next night was so much fun!!”
That weekend solidified her place in the culture. She didn’t just perform, she became part of the pulse that drove the energy forward.
And now, she’s ready to take that momentum across the country with the 9 LIVES tour.
“Fans can expect new visuals, new songs, and a LOT of lasers!! I want them to leave feeling fulfilled and happy. I want them to have memories to talk about with their friends for a long time after they leave the venue.”

Yet even with an international tour on the horizon, ALLEYCVT remains grounded in something deeper. Her mission extends beyond music, beyond stages, beyond the rave.
“I definitely do see music as a tool for real-world change. I think the coolest thing about being able to have a platform is the fact that I have the opportunity to make a difference, even if it’s small.”
Her commitment to environmental efforts has already made a tangible impact.
“I really care about the planet we live on and all of its inhabitants, so if I get to help in any way, I will! I’ve donated to a few environmental organizations on my tours, last year being One Tree Planted, and this year being RE:WILD. RE:WILD helps create conservation areas for wild animals and biodiversity, and many more things that help wildlife.”
From bedroom producer to internationally touring powerhouse, ALLEYCVT’s journey has been anything but accidental. It’s been built with intention, grit, and an unshakable belief in the world she’s creating.
She didn’t just find her purpose. She claimed it.
And now, with a complete body of work, a fully realized live show, and a global tour ahead, one thing is undeniable. She’s not just rising. She’s alive again.
