Arriving today, July 9, Here & Now takes listeners on a transformative trip through cosmic textures, earth-shaking bass, and profound introspection. Marking the result of a creative breakthrough after a period of trial and tribulation, the four-track EP not only takes you on a journey but invites you to immerse yourself in the eternal now.
The voyage through space and time begins with the title track Here & Now, where ethereal soundscapes, hypnotic wubs, and a thought-provoking sample of Alan Watts collide, pulling you deep into the present moment. Things then begin to pick up pace with a wave of funkadelic beats and grimy bass drops on Downslide with Seth David.
The energy then begins to shift on Down With You as melodic textures and mind-warping wubs place you into an introspective daze. Eternal Love then rounds out the experience with a dreamy fusion of celestial synths and wompy vibrations, leaving you with a lasting sense of renewal and serenity.
“My goal with this tour and this project was to create a moment where people can just escape for a bit and tap into something real,” Steller explained. “We all need an environment that encourages this, and I hope these songs give people what they gave me while writing them.”
