Released on Tuesday, December 30, 555 arrived in between a packed end-of-year run that saw GRiZ play 4 festivals in 4 days, going from HiJinx in Philly to Eternal Now in Orlando and Lights All Night in Texas, before counting down the New Year with a ball drop set at Decadence Arizona.
Blending dreamy electro soul beats with wavy hip-hop infused bass, and a dash of that old school sound, GRiZ not only delivers the perfect conclusion to his iconic return, but steps into 2026 with the highest vibrations.
“I made this song in Denver in a very flow state on a snowy evening. For me, this channeled dreamy wavy electro soul old school kinda griz bass things. It’s one of those songs that I really adore, and didn’t want to just get lost in the dust,” GRiZ shared. “I’m feeling some strong energy into this new year and want to ground that in trust for the journey; that this energy and the changes that are coming are aligning with our highest good and is divinely guided.
