More than a decade after it first surfaced, Daily Bread has given the long-awaited deep cut, Til The Sun Burns Out, an official release.
Landing on Friday, July 10, Til The Sun Burns Out arrives in tandem with the announcement of the Atlanta producer’s next LP, Vanishing Point, expected September 4.
“This new album is about the place on the horizon we’re always chasing yet never fully arrive at,” Daily Bread shared. “It’s about movement & places in the rearview, the unknown road ahead and all the moments we collect trying to get there.
Following the release of Soaring In The Sky on June 10, Til The Sun Burns Out marks the project’s second single while breathing new life into a record OG bread heads have been waiting for.
Originally released in 2015 as a standalone instrumental on Bandcamp, the track was formed around dusty Southern blues samples, hip-hop drums, and warm horn arrangements, offering an early glimpse into the crate-digging production style that has come to define Daily Bread’s sound.
Infusing the original with layers of futuristic sound design, refined vocal chops, and heavy-hitting bass, Daily Bread not only revives Til The Sun Burns Out through his signature blend of vintage soul, cinematic production, and immersive world-building, but introduces listeners to the journey of movement, reflection, and discovery that lies at the heart of Vanishing Point.
