It’s time to get rowdy with a double dose of bass-fueled funk!

Big Gigantic, the legendary electronic duo known for their genre-bending fusion of funk, hip-hop, and bass music, is back with two funkadelic new singles, Free Spirits and Move Around.

Released today, May 9, Free Spirits and Move Around arrive just days after the duo announced FLUORESCENCE, their first album since Brighter Future 2, three years ago.

The first of the bunch, Free Spirit featuring Align immediately hits you with a wave of synth-induced euphoria as chopped vocals and future funk beats morph into a liberating electro-soul anthem.

Move Around then takes the energy up a notch as an array of horn-driven melodies, multi-colored soundscapes, and wompy drops of bass triggers the body’s response to move.

Together, both tracks not only embody that signature Big G sound issue in a new era fueled by light, positivity, and the freeing sensation of dance music.

“‘Move Around’ is our shout‑out to New Orleans bounce and a nod to funky bass music—an infectious invitation for everyone to get loose on the dance floor,” Dom explained. “‘Free Spirits’ is our new electro‑soul anthem, blending soaring horn lines and funky guitar with booming bass and soulful vocals.”
